This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
