This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
