SI5346B-D10872-GMR Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. This Clock PLL will be fed by CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. 2 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
