Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. There are 20 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel.
