As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
