As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
