The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The RF synthesizer features CAN ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
