This device has a DC current gain of 300 @ 5A 10V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.Single BJT transistor has a collector emSingle BJT transistorter saturation voltage of 1.6V, which allows maximum flexibilSingle BJT transistory in design.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Maintaining the continuous collector voltage at 15A is essential for high efficiency.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.This device has a current rating of 15A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 15A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
