BUF460AV Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 15 @ 60A 5V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 500MV @ 12A, 60A.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 7V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.Collector current can be as low as 80A volts at its maximum.
