BUV298V Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 12 @ 32A 5V DC current gain.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 600mV.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 7V to achieve high efficiency.In definition, current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and the current rating of this device is 50A.A maximum collector current of 50A volts is possible.
