Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 10V~20V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is CMOS/TTL.In this case, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.There can be a voltage up to 500V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
