MD2310FX Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 6 @ 7A 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 2.5V, which allows for maximum design flexibility.When VCE saturation is 2.5V @ 1.75A, 7A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 9V.A maximum collector current of 14A volts is possible.
