STL73D-AP Overview
DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 10 @ 600mA 3V DC current gain.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1V @ 250mA, 1A.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 9V.Single BJT transistor can take a breakdown input voltage of 400V volts.A maximum collector current of 1.5A volts can be achieved.
