The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
