CDCM7005RGZR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
