LM5025SD Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 8V~15V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~580kHz.
