LM5150QRUMRQ1 Overview
It comes in a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 1.5V~42V. A -40°C~125°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. There is a switch at 220kHz~2.3MHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Current Limit is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations.
