LMK03002ISQ/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
