LMK04803BISQX/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
