Based on the frequency of 1065MHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 28 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 28-pin RF module.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -30°C to ensure its reliability.
