REG711EA-3/250 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 1MHz switching frequencies. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
