The SOP package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.WGate driversh a 4.75 V ~ 5.25 V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C ~ 70°C (TA).Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number SN75452.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.A supply voltage of 5V is required for operation.The interface IC of the device is NAND GATE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.Temperatures greater than 70°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 0°C.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 71mA.With its power supplies of 5V, it solves the problems of power supply for a variety of applications.300mA is the output current.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 5.25V.Gate drivers in this series are included in the -- series.The input of this algorithm is characterized by GATED.The output voltage is 30V.
