Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. Embedded in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 14 terminations.
