XC9220C093MR-G Overview
With a SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control operates at 2.8V~16V and has a 2.8V~16V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 300kHz . The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Enable, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters.
