OP900SL Product Details
OP900SL Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 150V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 150V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 50mW heat. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 125°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -65°C. It should be 100V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 100V. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
