OP905 Product Details
OP905 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in T packages for safety purposes. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 60V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 60V. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 100mW heat. It is recommended that photodiodes be operated at a temperature of 100°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. Photodiodes require an electric potential of 1.2V in order to conduct current. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes were able to supply voltage of 60V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 1nA current.
