TEMD1040 Product Details
TEMD1040 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into SMD/SMT packages for safety protection. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 75mW heat within a circuit. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 60V. In general, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 75mW in a circuit. In the DC circuit, the photodiodes can work properly with the reverse voltage of 60V. The voltage needed to get current to flow across a photodiode should be 1.3V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 1nA current.
