As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD packages. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 60V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 215mW heat. A reverse anode voltage of 32V should be applied to the photodiodes. ldeally, a photodiode should have a voltage of 1V. The photodiodes could supply 60V voltage in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1nA even without light input.
