VEMD2500X01 Product Details
VEMD2500X01 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Yoke Bend packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 60V should be maintained for the photodiodes. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 215mW. Photodiodes can work properly at 60V reverse voltage in the DC circuit. To flow current across a photodiode, a voltage of 1V is required. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 1nA current.
