DG201BDJ Overview


Packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. With a 15V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NC switching circuits. This digital multiplexer has 85Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 25V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 4.5V. If put voltage greater than 50μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. You should attach at least 4.5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. The electrical component supports 4 inputs. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 85Ohm.
