To find out what the 16 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 25V. Analogue multiplexer with a Dual, Single supply type that is cost-effective. A low voltage of 13V should be applied to the electronic component. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur.
