DG442LEDQ-T1-GE3 Product Details
DG442LEDQ-T1-GE3 Overview
Packed in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches. There are 4 circuits in this switch device. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 26Ohm. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets.
