ADF4113BRUZ Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. There are 2.7V~5.5V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. This electronic component can be classified into Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. This part number ADF4113 is related to the following electrical components. There is a 16 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 5V. Clock generator can also be included into PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER. 1 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. It is able to realize high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 4GHz. Time clock generator requires a supply current of 8.5mA to fully function. During this clock generator operation, a maximum current of 11mA is supplied.
