Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V.
