DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 750 @ 6A 3V DC current gain.As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of 2.5V, it allows for maximum design flexibility.When VCE saturation is 4V @ 150mA, 15A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.A maximum collector current of 15A volts can be achieved.
