As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 750 @ 5A 3V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 2V ensures maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 3V @ 100mA, 10A.Emitter base voltages of 5V can achieve high levels of efficiency.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 12A volts.
