An interesting 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Packaging for Tube.Qualified to operate within -40°C~85°C.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it in order to power it.I have mounted this memory device in Surface Mount.Data storage is limited to a size of 1.5Mb bytes.To find other similar parts, search for "XC17S150A".3.3V is the voltage it requires as a supply.Different types of 8 terminations are available with different functions.In order to use this memory device, a maximum voltage of 3.6V should be used.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 3V if the device is to work properly.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.8 pins are present.Through SERIAL-processing, data is transmitted from this memory to the CPU.A memory chip can operate at a voltage no greater than 0.005mA.8 pins are set with the part.In the memory, the I/O configuration has been set to COMMON.3.3V recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part before using it in a circuit so it can run safely and reliably.
