As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 10mA 1V.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 400mV @ 5mA, 50mA.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.As defined by current rating, the maximum current a fuse can carry without deteriorating too much is -200mA for this device.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 250MHz.The breakdown input voltage is 40V volts.A maximum collector current of 200mA volts can be achieved.
