FZT491TA Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 100 @ 500mA 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 160mV.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 100mA, 1A.Continuous collector voltages of 1A should be maintained to achieve high efficiency.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.This device has a current rating of 1A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.In the part, the transition frequency is 150MHz.An input voltage of 60V volts is the breakdown voltage.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
