ZTX618 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 300 @ 200mA 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 210mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 255mV @ 50mA, 3.5A.Continuous collector voltages should be kept at 3.5A to achieve high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.Its current rating is 3.5A, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.There is a transition frequency of 140MHz in the part.A maximum collector current of 3.5A volts can be achieved.
