The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Radial, T-1 Lens packages. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 170V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. It is possible for the photodiodes within a circuit to release 150mW heat. For photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. Photodiodes exhibit 10nA current even in the absence of light input.
