SD1420-002L Product Details
SD1420-002L Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Metal packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 50V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 50V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 75mW heat. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 125°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -55°C. It should be 50V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. For photodiodes to work, the breakdown voltage should be 50V. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 50V. A photodiode conducts 5nA current without light input.
