AUIRFS8407 Description
AUIRFS8407 is an Automotive Q101 40V Single N-Channel HEXFET Power MOSFET in a D2-Pak Package. With the AUIRFS8407 Power MOSFET, the most recent processing techniques are utilized to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. The MOSFET is particularly designed for automotive applications. This design also features a junction operating temperature of 175°C, fast switching speed, and improved repetitive avalanche rating. It combines all of these features to create an extremely efficient and reliable device that can be applied to many different applications, including automotive applications.
