IRFS7534TRL7PP    Description

  International Rectifier's logic level gate drive trench HEXFET power MOSFET IRFS7534TRL7PP has a reference on resistance (RDS (ON)) and high package current rating for high power DC motor, power tool, industrial battery and power applications. Using IR's latest trench technology, this series of benchmark MOSFET provides a low RDS (on) value of 4.5Vgs, significantly improving thermal efficiency. In addition, in parallel topologies where multiple MOSFET share high current, the high current rating of the device provides more protection bands to prevent unwanted transients and reduce the number of components. The current rating of the TO-220 package is as high as 195A, more than 60 per cent higher than the typical package rating.
