SGD06N60BUMA1 Description
SGD06N60BUMA1 is a 600v Fast IGBT in NPT technology. The Infineon SGD06N60BUMA1 is designed for motor controls and inverter applications due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the transistor SGD06N60BUMA1 is in the PG-TO252-3-11 package with 68W power dissipation. Additionally, it is green and compliant with RoHS (Lead-free / RoHS Compliant).
