MTAPD-06-012 Product Details

MTAPD-06-012 Overview

To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-3 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 160V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 160V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 200pA.
