This device has a DC current gain of 2000 @ 5A 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 12V.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 5A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
