As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 45 @ 50mA 10V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V, it offers maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 6V to achieve high efficiency.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 500mA current rating.40MHz is present in the transition frequency.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 500mA volts.
