2SC6043 Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 200 @ 100mA 2V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 150mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 300mV @ 50mA, 1A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 6V allows for a high level of efficiency.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 2A volts.
