BD13610S Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 63 @ 150mA 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is -500mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation. If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved. As defined by current rating, the maximum current a fuse can carry without deteriorating too much is -1.5A for this device. In this part, there is a transition frequency of 75MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1.5A volts.
