BC618 Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 10000 @ 200mA 5V.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 1.1V @ 200μA, 200mA.Continuous collector voltages should be kept at 1A to achieve high efficiency.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 12V can result in a high level of efficiency.According to definition, current rating describes the maximum current a fuse can carry indefinitely without deteriorating too much, and this device has no current rating.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 150MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
